Bdgl bat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online betting and entertainment service operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between bdgl bat and its users.

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the bdgl bat platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• These terms and conditions apply only to citizens and residents of Bangladesh.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• bdgl bat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• bdgl bat reserves the right to close any account for a breach of these terms and conditions.
• The Bengali version of these terms and conditions shall be considered the final and binding version.

A valid account is required to access services on bdgl bat. Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Mobile number and email verification are mandatory.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with or used by anyone other than the registered user.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to bdgl bat immediately.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This requires submitting a photo of your National ID or passport, along with a selfie.

All transactions on bdgl bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The payment methods currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals are listed below:

• Daily deposit limit is up to ৳ 1,00,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed without KYC verification.
• bdgl bat reserves the right to verify any suspicious transactions.
• Any transaction errors must be reported to support within 24 hours.

Bdgl bat does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — bdgl bat is not responsible for those.

Bdgl bat offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which will be communicated in full at the time of the announcement.

• To qualify for the welcome bonus, your first deposit must meet bdgl bat's minimum deposit requirement.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement (typically 10x–20x) must be met.
• Each bonus offer can only be used once per person.
• Bonus offers that are not used within the specified time period will expire.
• bdgl bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

All games on bdgl bat operate according to international standards. Every game outcome is determined by an independent RNG (Random Number Generator), with no possibility of manipulation.

• bdgl bat is not responsible for any internet disconnection during gameplay. The game will be completed automatically.
• Once a bet is confirmed in live betting, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a technical error leaves the outcome of a game undetermined, the wager will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the wager will be automatically voided.
• The maximum bet limit per event is set by bdgl bat and is subject to change.
• If fraudulent gameplay is detected, the account will be terminated and all winnings will be forfeited.

Bdgl bat follows a strict KYC (Know Your Customer) policy to prevent money laundering and fraud. All users are required to verify their identity after a certain transaction threshold.

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted.
• Identity must be verified by submitting a selfie photo.
• All submitted documents will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.
• Submitting fake or altered documents is a criminal offence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdgl bat platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Using bdgl bat for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.

Bdgl bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• For violations of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or failure to submit the required documents.
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• By order of a court or government authority.
• If the user requests self-exclusion.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains, it will be returned after verification. However, if the closure is due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Bdgl bat is not liable for the following:

• Any loss resulting from the user's internet connection being disrupted.
• Issues related to third-party payment gateways.
• Service disruption due to unexpected technical issues.
• Account credential theft resulting from the user's own negligence.
• For gaming addiction or mental health concerns.

Bdgl bat is committed to maintaining high service quality, but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or upgrades.

Bdgl bat reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If changes are made, a notification will be sent via the platform and to your registered mobile number. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
